Maria Carson Breber,
Maria Carson Breber developed her proprietary decision-making method based on 25 years of experience and research. Her multi-disciplinary approach (based on a mix of social science, psychology and analytics) was informed by her time at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Medical School, where she studied how individuals and organizations learn and change. Maria’s research included decision-making in expat families, particularly the complexities of making decisions when priorities are in conflict, and how breast cancer patients choose a course of treatment. It’s these experiences that inspired Maria to start Decide For Yourself and bring her decision-making method to people and businesses everywhere.
KeriAnne Hohener is an HR professional with a background in organizational development, strategic planning and training. She has coached executives, led cross-functional, multi-level teams and managed all aspects of HR. Her early work in tech led to an interest in improving organizational effectiveness. As Director of Workforce Development, she specialized in implementing performance management systems that improved decision making in both national and global organizations. As a consultant to C-suite executives, her 20 years of experience with management teams has honed her ability to assess opportunities and challenges and identify ways to improve effectiveness. These experiences have led KeriAnne to the work she loves most: facilitating, coaching, and helping people succeed.
