Decisions, decisions...decided.
We all face difficult decisions throughout our lives.
Here are the sort of decisions we can help you tackle: |
We have decision making down to a science.Much like the scientific method, our facilitators are impartial. They do not give advice. They do not judge your choices. They remain 100% neutral and unbiased. Using our method, they ensure you, and only you, make the best decision for yourself. They focus on three important concepts.
Relative Importance When making a decision everything can seem "most important", even though we know that's not the case. We help you focus on the relative importance of each factor. Trade-Offs Difficult decisions are complicated because often neither choice gives you everything you want. We help you analyze the trade-offs and, more importantly, own what's being gained versus given up. Maximum Utility One choice will ultimately give you more of what you are looking for, even if it is not everything you want. This choice is often difficult to see. Our method helps you clearly identify and understand that choice. |
Each session ends with a clear decision. You leave with a document that numerically illustrates which option is your best choice and why. It’s an action plan that allows you to identify the trade-offs and plan for them accordingly.
